This course is designed for yoga instructors & yoga therapists who are ready to further develop their skills as space holders & guides in the realm of trauma resolution work within the context of yoga.
In this course, we will explore & develop interoceptive awareness through guided somatic contemplation, release long-held muscular bracing patterns that often under-lie chronic pain syndromes through somatic yoga and movement.
In practice, these techniques shift dissociative tendencies & promote a sense of integration within mind, body, and heart.
By the end of the course you will:
