I feel a huge transformation from this yoga teacher training. Spending so much time daily in meditation and asana really allowed me to move through my emotions in a healthy way and positively impacted my life in ways I cannot fully express in words. I just felt inspired to write to you about how much I am enjoying the program! I feel like a kid in a candy store - there is a yoga class for every mood and every occasion: chakra balancing, dosha balancing, active, gentle, restorative, teaching solid foundations and alignment, funky and playful, yin and the ball rolling. There is meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra and philosophy as well. I've been into yoga and meditation for 20 years and still I am learning so much! This is the most holistic and well-designed program I could have ever imagined and I teach online classes at a major university so I don't say this lightly.
