Policy for Soma Yoga Institute In Person Immersions 

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the program start date will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a 10% administrative and processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund of amounts paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after the program has begun for any reason.

Emergency Transfers

In the event of a documented medical emergency or other qualifying emergency occurring before the program begins, Soma Yoga Institute™ may, at its sole discretion, allow tuition paid to be transferred to a future program. Documentation may be required. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance

Because our residential immersions require significant advance commitments for accommodations, faculty, meals, and retreat operations, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage. Soma Yoga Institute™ is not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, or other personal costs associated with cancellation or changes to travel plans.

Yoga Teacher Training Deposit (In-Person Programs)

A $500 USD deposit will reserve your space and will be applied to the full tuition price listed. 

50% of your remaining tuition is due 3 months prior to the program start date and the final payment is due 1 month prior to the program start date.
