Prana, Pranayama, Chakra and Vayu

 In this 15 hour training you will:

Take an experiential deep dive into the energy body (pranamayakosha) through the lens of pranayama, chakras, vayus and mudras.
Explore through lecture, discussion, experiential exercises, and self-study a wide variety of techniques to enhance the flow of prana, expand breath capacity, increase energy and decrease stress.
This includes learning and practicing the classical forms of pranayama as well as techniques of pranavidya, while also learning to teach these to others.
Explore kumbhaka (breath retention), psychic pranayama, the effect of mudra (gestures) on the breath and ways to increase awareness in the prana vayus.
Learn adaptive techniques to meet the needs of the individual specifically how to down-regulate the nervous system to heal from stress and trauma.
This course is for both Yoga Teachers and interested students.
