"Yoga for Healthy Aging through Functional Movement" with Sundari Lucey, E-RYT 500
Why This Course Matters
As the baby boomer generation moves into its 60s, 70s, and beyond, the need for yoga practices that honor the realities of aging bodies has never been greater. Traditional yoga often overlooks how to safely support older practitioners or those healing from injury.
Rooted and Resilient bridges that gap—empowering both students and teachers to understand how functional movement, alignment, and rest create lasting strength, resilience, and ease.
If you want to age gracefully, teach skillfully, and live with embodied freedom, this course offers the map.
“Enjoy your body to enjoy your life — not despite aging, but through it.”

"The way Sundari uses language is beautiful and skillful. This class reminded me of what I want to offer my own students--posture, breath, and awareness"— Tara
"Sundari’s calm, clear explanations were exactly what I needed. Her teaching helped me support more levels within my classes and gave me practical language and techniques I now use every day. She teaches with so much integrity—as both a human being and a yoga educator." —Jacquelyn Lorell
