What if every student in your class—every body, every age, every level—could experience the essence of each pose?

Not by pushing harder or going deeper, but through intelligent structure, creative adaptation, and a profound respect for the body’s natural design.

This is the heart of Reimagining Asana with Jessica Trudeau. In this five-week live series, Jessica will guide you through a multi-layered, dynamic, and deeply inclusive approach to asana—one that balances stretch and strength, safety and creativity, challenge and compassion.

Each session explores a key category of yoga poses—Standing, Backbends, Hip Openers, Balancing Poses, and Forward Folds—so you can learn how to build, deconstruct, and reimagine shapes from the inside out.

Why This Training Feels So Different

Most yoga classes demonstrate a single “ideal” version of a pose—leaving some students striving to keep up while others sit out entirely. Reimagining Asana turns that approach on its head.

You’ll learn how to design classes where everyone participates, and every body finds meaningful engagement—whether the pose is a standing twist, a backbend, or an arm balance.

This training teaches you how to:

  • Deconstruct complex postures into accessible building blocks that lead to success for every student.
  • Layer adaptations and progressions so advanced students stay challenged while newer students stay safe.
  • Use props creatively—not just as support, but as tools for exploration and empowerment.
  • Recreate each shape with integrity, using alignment and energetic intention as the common thread across variations.

What You’ll Learn

In five interactive sessions, you’ll explore how to:

  • Build poses from the ground up, balancing stability and freedom
  • Sequence architecturally sound classes that build naturally toward peak poses
  • Integrate props creatively to make every shape accessible without losing depth or integrity
  • Cue inclusively and articulately, inviting students into agency and exploration
  • Engage multi-level classes so every student participates meaningfully
  • Move beyond hands-on adjustments into empowering, embodied teaching

This is yoga teaching that honors diversity, celebrates creativity, and empowers every student to succeed.
